Your satisfaction and sense of privacy is a priority for us, so we take a number of steps to ensure your safety and to give you a pleasurable shopping experience with us.
Credit Card Numbers
Currently we are only accepting credit card transactions over the telephone at our store. We charge your credit card on our terminal based out of our retail store. We do not store you credit card number, unless asked to keep it on file for a later order. We include a hard copy of your receipt with each order.
E-mail Addresses
We add each email address from customers who purchase from us to a weekly ammo newsletter. If you wish to be removed at anytime, you can click on the link that says “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the emails, or email us at gundept@richiespng.com and put unsubscribe in the message subject.
Personal Information
We never give out your e-mail address, as described above, and the same applies for your personal information. Any names or addresses provided will only be used by you the customer, and by us – richiespng.com -- for ordering or shipping purposes. Richiespng.com complies with all applicable federal, state and local laws governing the sale, transfer and ownership of firearms. You are responsible as a consumer for also knowing your state and local laws governing gun, ammo, and accessory ownership in your area.
